We undergo regular checks so that you can be sure that you have the right partner at your side.

Outsourcing servers to an external data centre is a matter of trust. That's why companies that outsource their IT need a reliable partner. We have been ISO 27001 certified since 2013. Since then, we have added ITIL certifications for IT and business processes and the comprehensive European EN 50600 certification.

Our long-term reliability as your partner is also confirmed by the seal of approval as a bankable company, which is awarded by the Deutsche Bundesbank following a thorough credit assessment.

ISO 27001 CERTIFICATION

The international standard was published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and ensures information security in companies and public institutions. The prerequisite for this is the description of requirements for the implementation and operation of an information security management system (ISMS). This protects the integrity of operational data and its confidentiality and ensures the availability of the IT systems involved.

With certification, companies provide proof that they have implemented the measures to protect data and therefore fulfil the requirements of information security requirements.

The implementation is carried out by expert personnel in the company and is secured in the long term through permanent controls and the IT processes are continuously optimised with regard to information security.

As a premium service provider, it is a matter of course for us to fulfil these standards. So you can be sure that your data is secure. And it is secure.

EN 50600 CERTIFICATION

Data centres are an essential part of the information society. The demand for secure and available data centres is constantly increasing - not least due to Industry 4.0. The structural requirements for building and technical infrastructure are increasing. For small and medium-sized companies, these are often difficult or impossible to fulfil. Outsourcing their own IT to an external data centre is often the better and cheaper solution.

But until now, comparability has been virtually non-existent, both nationally and even more so internationally. Too many different standards for the individual technical components made this difficult.

This makes it all the more important to create international comparability with a uniform standard. This has been achieved for the first time with the European standard EN 50600. In addition to technical aspects such as power generating sets, EN 50600 also regulates the design and planning of infrastructure and operational management.

The advantage for you as a customer: you get a clear orientation, you have all the essential information at a glance. And the data centres can be compared quickly and reliably. Feel free to compare. We are EN 50600 certified and are happy to be compared.

ITIL

ITIL is the world's most widely used standard for IT service management. The ITIL standards ensure that companies provide their services using precisely defined processes. These processes are based on the best IT practices. In this way, they ensure that their customers can rely on a clearly predictable service level.

ITIL standards help to reduce development and delivery costs for services, increase IT staff productivity, improve service management and quality and - above all - increase customer satisfaction.

Before its introduction, the lack of IT service management led to poor project results or budget overruns.

Our technicians are comprehensively trained and, of course, ITIL-certified. This gives you the security of knowing that your projects are in good hands with our professionals.

ELIGIBLE COMPANY

The Bundesbank uses its creditworthiness analysis to determine the credit default risk of companies. This analysis consists of a two-stage procedure. The first stage is based on the annual financial statements of the company in question. Their model-based preparation provides a comprehensive insight into the economic and financial situation of the analysed company. Based on this, the final credit rating is determined in the second stage with the help of an expert analysis. The requirements of the Eurosystem are taken into account.

This credit assessment is an objective and competent evaluation by an independent institution with no business interests of its own. The certificate "eligible for central bank credit rating" is considered a predicate judgement and gives you as a business partner the certainty that you are working with a company that combines professional competence with long-term stability.
